Nullab Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") operates the FigDrive Figma plugin and its backend service located at https://figdrive.nullab.io (the "Service"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the plugin and Service. By installing or using FigDrive, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

I. Use of the Service

You agree to use FigDrive only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Service:

  • In any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • To exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit others
  • To interfere with or disrupt the proper functioning of the Service
  • To attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data or Google Drive accounts

II. Plugin and Service

FigDrive is a Figma plugin developed by Nullab Ltd that allows designers to export Figma frames and components directly to their connected Google Drive accounts. The Service is currently provided free of charge.

Upon installing and connecting your accounts:

  • You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the plugin
  • You may use it for personal or commercial design projects
  • You may not reverse-engineer, sublicense, or redistribute the plugin or its underlying systems

III. Google Account Access

FigDrive requests access to your Google Drive in order to upload exported files on your behalf. By connecting your Google account:

  • You authorise FigDrive to upload files to the Google Drive folders you select
  • You can revoke this access at any time via your Google Account security settings
  • We only access the minimum permissions required to perform uploads — we do not read, modify, or delete existing Drive files

IV. Intellectual Property

All content relating to the FigDrive plugin, including its branding, design, and underlying code, is owned by or licensed to Nullab Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of any Figma designs, frames, or files you export using FigDrive.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell the plugin or its underlying systems without prior written consent from Nullab Ltd.

V. User Data and Privacy

We collect and process limited personal data to provide the Service, including:

  • Your name and email address (via Google sign-in)
  • OAuth tokens to access your Google Drive on your behalf

VI. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nullab Ltd shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, designs, or business opportunities arising from use of the Service
  • Issues caused by Google API availability or changes to Google Drive
  • Any issues arising from the use or inability to use FigDrive

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

VII. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to FigDrive at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and revoke Google account access at any time.

VIII. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do:

  • We will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page
  • We may notify users of significant changes via email
  • Continued use of FigDrive constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms

IX. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
